MetroCast Login

Video demonstration and instructions on how to use the MetroCast Login:


1. Click your pointer to your browser and enter You should now be entering the MetroCast Login site.

2. Enter your login information in the "login information" section beside the "@".

3. Enter your password in the "Password" section.

4. Enter your Interface information in the field provided beside "Interface" section.

5. You can select your preferable language in the "Language" section.


6. In case you want your account to be remember the next time you login to MetroCast login site, just click the box after "Remember Me". 

4. Click on the "Login" link highlighted in a white box or simply press the "Enter" key of your keyboard.

5. You should now be getting into your MetroCast account after the system recognizes your email address and password as correct.


1. Recheck your login and password information and make sure you entered the correct characters. (NOTE: The Password section is case-sensitive so be sure to provide the right cases of each character you enter.)

2. The site does inform you if they do not recognize the login or the password information you entered. Just check again if you have entered the correct login and password information.

3. To change your password or there is a need to change your password online, just click the link "HERE".

4. You will then be directed to another page where you can reset your password. There are instances when you arrive at a blank page, so you may need to repeat Step 3 a number of times before the page appears. Or you can just enter the site's URL to your browser:

You need to (1) enter your email address in the "Email Address" section, (2) enter you current password in the "Current Password", (3) then enter you new password in the "New Password" section (Note: please enter a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 20 characters) and (4) enter again your new password in the "Verify Password" section . 

6. Click on the link "Submit" highlighted in a white box.

7. You will then be sent an authentication letter from MetroCast with instructions for you to follow on how to reset your password.

8. You are now required to use this new password upon your next MetroCast Login attempt.
